[Qgis-user] Editing maps via qgis-server

I'm not sure if one can directly edit the layers with the QGIS Server
software. One solution is to serve the layer(s) into QGIS Desktop for users
to view as a Web Feature Service. Then users could create/edit another
layer to add additional points that someone can merge together into the
master GIS layer.
