[Qgis-user] module gdal/ missing dependency

Hi there,

I would appreciate if you could help me out. Everytime I try to do a layer
stack I get this error Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\OSGeo4W\bin\gdal_merge.py", line 37, in
import gdal
ImportError: No module named gdal

Anyone has a clue??

Besides there must something wrong with my QGIS because none of GRASS
plugings work either. As soon as I execute a GRASS geoprocessing algorithm
a message pop up saying missing dependency. I have already configured the
path and activate it.
