[Qgis-user] Get a OSM raster file with roads label?

Hello,

i would like get an OSM raster file with roads label. 

Sometimes, via qgis, i load a WMS cover called "Mapsurfer OSM semi
transparent" provided by Mapsurfer.NET and via the QGIS plugin called
Quickmap services. 

is it possible to get for instance this Mapsurfer OSM semi transparent as a
raster file? If yes, how to do that? Via tool like JtiledDonwloader? 

if you have any idea, than kyou very much.
