Well, 2.10 is not there yet (forgot after the 2.12 release).  But there are
redirects in place - that point to download.osgeo.org and norbit.de (the two
left from more we had back in Nottingham when 2.0 came out).

So above worked (for 2.8, 2.10, 2.12) even if it they were not listed on the
index page.  Now the files are there and listed - but the actual downloads will
still be handled by the redirects.
