[Qgis-user] Problems using TIN tool

Dear QGIS users,

Do you know if the Interpolation Tool (TIN method) has a defined limitation
in the number of points to be interpolated (or in any other limitation). I
ask this because I have no problem in create a DEM using the
Raster/Analysis/Grid (Interpolation) tool. But I when I try with TIN
interpolation, I obtain a "empty" raster DEM layer with "nan" as minimun
and maximun values.
In both cases the shp file used as input has ~100.000 DGPS points, is it
too big to be used with TIN interpolation?

I'm using QGIS 2.8.2-Wien in MS-Windows.

Thanks in advance!
