[Qgis-user] Export plugins list

I agree, but it's the only solution for now to do that.
The plugin manager will update them after.

Or you can write a tiny script for that : ls ~/.qgis2/python/plugins/ >
list_plugins.txt to save the list.
And then a bash loop with wget to fetch the zip.
