[Qgis-user] Add a new vertex to a polyline

Hi,
I'm not sure the Vertex editor currently allows you to add new vertex: You
can delete them, move then by changing their coordinates but not (yet!)
adding new ones.
You should double-click on the feature with the node tool in order to add
new vertex. See doc at
http://docs.qgis.org/2.14/en/docs/user_manual/working_with_vector/editing_geometry_attributes.html#node-tool
