[Qgis-user] QGEP

Anyone using QGEP?

I am trying to use the backup file to build the database as per the
directions but I get Exit Code 1. All I can find through other sources is
Exit Code 1 is an issue with permissions.
If anyone has tried/used QGEP and has an idea let me know please.
