Updated using OSGeo4W on my machine :-)

I've kept everyone else at 2.14.3 until the next point release.

OSGeo4W has 2.1.1 - so the standalone with the next point release will also have it.

We're constantly short of space on either sites - otherwise old installers would be on http://qgis.org/downloads/ too...
