[Qgis-user] QGIS 2.12.3 not available for Ubuntu 14.04?

Hi,
Running "sudo apt-cache policy qgis" returns. Based on your experience, it
seems 2.12.3 is available without ubuntugis dependencies. I wish to install
WITH ubuntugis dependencies

qgis:
