[Qgis-user] QGis not running windows 7

Hi, 
If you have teamviewer, maybe I could log on to your machine and see if I can spot something.  You would will need to have the admin password.  That could be problematic in an office.  You could set up a temporary admin if they don't like that. 
I am in Montréal.
