Hmmmm. 
Look for small arrows > and text Advanced Parameters.
In Processing> Clip Raster by.. have the  functionality.

If you are using Processing...talk to the Processing developers at the hackfest and try to convince them to add options to raster outputs :-P (which we haven't considered so far...)
