[Qgis-user] Cannot upgrade to 2.18.4 QGIS?

Hi

I have tried to upgrade my QGIS (two times using the 2.18.3 and 2.18.4 installer files) but it hasn't seemed to have correctly uninstalled version 2.18.2 when going through the installation process to install the new version.

I am using the Windows 64bit standalone installer - have others found this issue? Is this a known problem?
