Just do not reply to this e-mail thread, but send a plain new e-mail to
"qgis at user@lists.osgeo.org" describing your problem with enough detail
that others can follow. 

Note also that this is an english language e-mail list - there may be
some spanish speaking subscribers on the list, but you are more likely
to get replies if you write in english. Or - alternatively - if you want
to write in spanish - you may use a localized e-mail list in a different

Going back to your "Update column" question - please have a look a the
"Field Calculator" - see the corresponding section in the QGIS manual:
