[Qgis-user] QGIS widgets in QT Designer

Hi,

I am missing the QGIS widgets in QT Designer. This is for QGIS 3 & QT5 on OSGeo4W64. Are the widgets not yet implemented or is my installation messed up? Qgis-ltr has them though. Any ideas?
