Many thanks for these links,
I have no claim other and report what I observe in the use of QGIS.
I'm not a developer and I'm not have familiar with c ++ / python, 
I hope not to be considered me as in point 7 of

Unfortunately I have not got a continuous job then 
I can not help you making an economic contribution,
but only give this poor contribution reporting anomalies...
