On a related matter, if anyone is able to edit
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGIS, there is a critical dead link at the
bottom: http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Download#Ubuntu
I guess it needs to be replaced with
https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/alldownloads.html#debian-ubuntu
