[Qgis-user] Not query geometry types in layer browser?

Hi,
If I understand your question correctly.
I have little experience in Oracle DB's, but in PostgreSQL/PostGIS, you
can create a Geometry Constraint within your table, which states what
geometry is within the table, which speeds up QGIS in reading table
lists, when loading them.
A quick search online resulted in

https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/SPATL/constraining-data-geometry-type.htm#SPATL584

Hope this helps!
Regards,

Richard.
