[Qgis-user] having a problem downloading QGIS

Hi All, 

Can someone help me. 

I am new to the group & unable to download the FULL programme.

I have captured SETUP but when I run SETUP it takes a very long time - now
over 12 hours - the last message I noted was that the overall had reached
78% of OSGeo4WSetup -

Downloading

sagaltr-2.3.2-3tar.bz2 from http://downlaod.osgeo.org/osgeo....
<http://downlaod.osgeo.org/osgeo....1> 
12% (1228k/9904k) 10.0kB/s

 

then it hangs! Why?
