[Qgis-user] Missing plugins on CentOS 7 Linux version of QGIS 2.14.9

Hi, 
You need to set or enable the default plugin repository (see https://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/user_manual/plugins/plugins.html#the-settings-tab)
