[Qgis-user] Merge vector layers missing from menu in QGIS 3.0

Hi Richard, 

It's a bug in 3.0 fixed meanwhile (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/6472). Then should be available at next point release. 
Tell him to use the toolbox in the meantime.
