Hello,
I am trying to use the RT MapServer Exporter with qgis 2.18.17 installed
on windows10 but I recived the follow error message:

ImportError: No module named mapscript

I tried to install python mapscript by osgeo4w-setup-x86_64.exe
(advanced install) but this does not resolve the problem.

Any suggestion?

Thank you for your help.
