[Qgis-user] MAP MERGE COLOUR BLOCKS

I have been trying to merge two maps together (Orthomosaic). While the maps have merged there are blocks of different colours shading parts of the result.
Is there a setting I need to activate to prevent this, or is it caused by another issue?
