[Qgis-user] Shape Tools, Geodesic Measure Tool now saves results as a layer

I just wanted to let everyone know about a nice new capability with the
Shape Tools plugin and its geodesic measure tool.

The geodesic measure tool is somewhat similar to the QGIS measure tool
except that it is automatically set for Wgs84 geodesic measurements and it
includes the bearing to and from the points. The new capability is that it
can save those measurements as a layer. The lines between points are drawn
as geodesic (the shortest distance along the earth's surface) lines.
