[Qgis-user] layers shift when exporting from composer to jpg

I do not know why you have encountered this problem, but perhaps you could try and alternative approach, depending on what you could like on the background. The obvious choice may be to use an ESRI map service from http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services, as a WMS layer.
