[Qgis-user] Install QGIS 3.x on Ubuntu16.04

Hi all, thanks for all your replies.

I finally managed to install from ubuntugis-ltr repo (ver. 3.4.7) and when
I encountered the configure error about OpenCL with qgis-providers I just
deleted the libOpenCL.so.1. And it worked.
