[Qgis-user] Read Only Layer to Write

Hi again,
I have more time to explain.  Some file formats in QGIS are read only. Csv is one of them.  The way way is to save in a writable format like shapefile or SpatiaLite.  Modify the file in that format and then reexport to csv if you really need a csv.
