[Qgis-user] Qgis 3.8.0 crashes on startup

Hello.
We have Windows 10prox64 and Qgis 3.8.0x64 zanzibar (with madeira we facing same issue).
After start program passes „GUI initialization“ phase and closes on „Starting Python“.
There is no any error messages, even in Windows EventViewer. Qgis just disapear.
If i start Shell, type „qgis“ and press Enter – program starts.
I tryied install/reinstall.
Any suggestions?
