Hi,
To my knowledge no. You could save the files in a geopackage along with the project file. Geopackage can take many raster vector layers and QGIS was the option to save the project file in a geopackage. That would give you one file but not in the KLM or kmz format.
The alternative is to save everything thing in a folder with the QGIS project file. You could compress this folder in a zip if you want just one file if that is the goal (but it would need to be decompress to be read by QGIS.)
