[Qgis-user] HELP - Saving a new Shape file layer.

Have just upgraded to version 3.10.1 from 2.18 and 2.16 after a long layoff
from using QGIS and need to do some urgent work on QGIS.

Not sure what I am missing but can not save a new Shape file layer as R
clicking does not bring up menu to save and no button on form either.

Please help.
