[Qgis-user] Vector Dialogue Boxes wont load

I updated to 3.12 and now I cannot use ANY vector processing tools,
specifically Create Grids. A small box flashes on the screen and vanishes. I
will have to leave the platform if I cannot resolve this issue ASAP.
