[Qgis-user] CRS

Help,
I have a set project CRS (GDA/MGA zone 50) EPSG:28350 with ~100 layers 
all plotting correctly & several layers with the same datum showing 
totally different co-ords which plot elsewhere in space.
These were digitized into the same space in conjunction with several 
other layers which all plot correctly.
What am I likely to have changed inadvertently?
