[Qgis-user] Random Points Inside Polygon (variable)

Hello,
I just recent updated my QGIS to 3.10.4.
But it seems like the newer version no longer has the "Random Points Inside
Polygon (variable)" feature that used to be under vector/research tools. Is
that true?

I have a shapefile of census tracts, and I've joined it with the population
of each census tract. I'm hoping to find the functionality that allows me
to to display random dots inside each census tract, with the number of dots
in each tract being the same as that tract's population. This used to be
very easy to do in old versions of QGIS. In fact, here is a video from an
older version of someone running a similar process:

Is it still possible to do this in QGIS 3.10.4? If so could someone explain
how?

Thanks very much!
