[Qgis-user] Migration to Linux

Although I agree that adding PPAs can be confusing for new users, if you
are a Ubuntu user, you better start learning :-)

The QGIS project doesn't officially release binaries on any other formats.
These are the guys behind the 3.14 Flatpak
