Hi Alexander,

That is funny, if I search for qconsol at plugins.qgis.org
I only get qconsolidate3 back as result (no qconsolidate....) 
That is the reason I 'promoted' qconsolidate3  and not 'the original'....

And about my PR: I cannot find it either, maybe I only did it in a local copy.
I wil sent you my old copy which I found here.... But... it is qgis2 and without any GUI-changes...
BUT I think it will be an imporant addition, a checkbox to tell the plugin: "only current viewbox" :-)
