Hi Jean,
do you have issues installing QGIS (what issues exactly) or do you have 
issues running QGIS after the installation process (what issues exactly)?

In the second case, you are probably experience the issue described in 
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/44293 and 
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/qgis-developer/2021-July/date.html and 
you can download the the standalone installer QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.20.1-2.msi 
available on the QGIS Web site which contains a patch that fixes the issue.
