[Qgis-user] Latest development version of QGIS as a .msi standalone installer ?

I discovered the root cause of the problem. The operating system is Windows
7.
In this page https://qgis.org/it/site/forusers/download.html there are no
"Operating System Requirements", so I googled through internet to see that
Win 7 is not supported because of Python 3.9.
I suggest you to add these informations
