[Qgis-user] Qgis-user Digest, Vol 197, Issue 8

I received this exact same error message when installing after a factory
reset of Windows 10 (Home). I followed the suggestions in the QGIS NL post
suggested by another user regarding opencl.dll and still could not get it
to work. I compared the .env file to an install on another Windows 10
computer that did not have any issues. The .env files were identical. The
opencl.dll files were identical. Very interested if there's a surefire
solution out there that a layperson can follow.
