Thanks Andrea,
you won't believe it. I ran setup to figure out the versions for you in my mail below. When I clicked the finish button something was unexpectedly installed. I just realized, that I see now all my scripts back in qgis. So it's possible, that Fiona was updated. I use normally the norbit.de mirror, as it's the fastest from here.

However I found now another effect, that produces the following:
"2022-06-29T18:05:19     CRITICAL    Konnte Layer ogr:dbname='C:/Users/WMeinolf/WmLocal/LocalTempDir\220620 Check Alg6.1.gpkg' table="Hauspunkte-Test" (geom) nicht erzeugen: OGR-Treiber für '' nicht gefunden (OGR-Fehler: )"

It seems to happen, of the qgs filename contains a . When I rename "220620 Check Alg6.1.qgs" to "220620 Check Alg61.qgs", the error is gone. But this needs some further tects on my side. I had in the past some similar issues with German Special characters (äöüß) in filename or path

Anyway, I am more than happy, that it seems to work again. Thanks for your help!!

I've installed python3-fiona-1.8.21-1, python3-geopandas-0.8.1-2 and python3-rtree-0.9.4-1 and I cannot see any error after putting the two script in the "scripts" folder and launching QGIS 3.26.0: it is then possible to open the algorithms GUI as you can see from this screenshot
