[Qgis-user] Open GPKG layers in read-only mode

Hi,

I'm trying to open GPKG layers in read-only mode so that sidecar files are
not created (wal, shm) as the file is shared on a onedrive folder.

I saw this issue <https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/35383> and from what
I understand an option to open a vector layer has been added to QGIS but I
don't know starting which version.

Anyone can help me find this information ?
