[Qgis-user] Saving QGIS attribute form?

I have created a data entry form for a Spatialite table using the new functionality implemented by Nyall Dawson in the dev version.

It is for station data for fisheries surveys. This form takes some time to create, and is linked to the QGIS layer in the project file.

I'd like to be able to save the form & re-use it for the same table in other, similar databases.

Can someone suggest how this can be done?
