I have deliberately kept the (unpublished) papers out of the public domain,
but if you want to read more about the background and the ideas behind the
framework, you can read my bio on the Reloquence website.

I'm happy to forward the two docs to you, and to others who request it on
an individual basis, but since it's a "first" and probably needs a map for
publication in tech journals, I'd prefer to control the distribution.
