[Qgis-user] Unable to find the write projection to make my map layers line up (Matthew Hartzell)

If the engineering images are scanned in, did you georeference them to the
appropriate CRS, or did you Assign Projection?

Once you know that it lines up with the CRS you expect it to be in (in this
case, EPSG:6420)
The issue becomes whether to reproject the orthophoto and boundaries to
EPSG:6420, or the engineering lines to whatever shared projection is used
by the Ortho and parcels.
