[Qgis-user] csv export - decimal delimiter

Hello,
I trie to export a layers attribute table to csv for opening it in Excel. I tried that with Layer >> Export and also with the Plugin MMQGIS. But I can’t get my double values with comma as dezimal delimiter. It is always a point delimiter. Is there no way to set the decimal delimiter to comma?
