[Qgis-user] plugin QPackage error: where to report the bug?

QPackage issues the following error when I click on "Copy the layers":

TypeError: setValue(self, int): argument 1 has unexpected type 'float'

I have tried to use the "bug tracker" link in the Manage and Install
plugins/QPackage,
but the page that opens
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/QPackage/
does not have any way to report the bug.

This plugin is marked as stable...
