[Qgis-user] can't apply mask on labels

Andreas,
I think it can mask itself but you need to get it to refresh which takes
toggling the mask on another layer (or something- I haven't actually pinned
down when it refreshes)
In my attached screenshot you can see that there is only one layer and the
mask is applied and working on itself but it hasn't yet realized that I
removed the copy of the lyer I used to trigger the refresh.
