Hello, all!<br><br>I am using QGIS 1.4.0 on Gentoo Linux.<br>It seems to
 be a bug during line redrawing (artifacts!!!) when I create new line in<br>the
 linear layer in "Editing mode" and option "Adding Features: Capture 
Line".<br>
I think you incorrectly used Qt. Maybe penWidth/2 in QGraphicsItem 
boundingRect() missed.<br>Snapshot is attached.<br>
