Hi,<br>Ok, the good news is that QGis 1.6.0 installed good (on my other desktop PC) after removing the old versions, and ensuring that it is installed on the c: drive :)<br>... and then trying to csrs<br><br>the bad news is that the map projection is still off. <br>
So i try <br><br>ogr2ogr.exe -f "ESRI Shapefile" -t_srs EPSG:4326 c:\try4-gdal NL_LX.gml<br><br>and<br><br>ogr2ogr.exe -f "ESRI Shapefile" -t_srs EPSG:4617 c:\try4-gdal NL_LX.gml<br>

<dd>Override source SRS </dd></dl><br>I tried each of them, and still doesnt work :( and removing the projection key gets the wrong projection.<br>

I think you have to install QGIS in C drive to avoid this problem of<br>
not finding the Qtcore4.dll.<br>
