I'm trying to get a previous installation of QGIS initally on
Windows XP box installed on Windows 7 and am having problems. In a
QGIS 1.5 installation I get the error message: "Couldn't import
Python module 'psycopg2' for communication with PostgreSQL database"
when I click on the PostGIS Manager. I have python 2.7 and psycopg2
2.2.2 installed. Do I need an environment variable set or modify the
path? Can I even set this up, PostgreSQL and QGIS on Windows 7?
This all worked properly on Windows XP.<br>
