I have never tested it on Windows. I usually compile it on Linux. I
also think it is better tested on Linux. For compiling it, you
enable it with ccmake.<br>

Jürgen Fischer said that it is somehow already included in the
OSGeo4W installer on Windows, but I don't know how to
enable/configure it. Maybe Jürgen can provide some additional hints?<br>
